TERMS OF SERVICE Last Updated: April 2, 2026 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By accessing or using the TaskMaster platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. 2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE TaskMaster provides productivity-related services and tools, including TaskMaster - AI-powered project management for solopreneurs. The Service may include web applications, APIs, content, and related features. 3. USER ACCOUNTS 3.1. You must provide accurate and complete registration information. 3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. 3.3. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. 3.4. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account. 4. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree not to: - Use the Service for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service - Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure - Upload malicious code or content - Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization - Scrape or harvest data from the Service without permission 5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 5.1. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TaskMaster. 5.2. Content you create using the Service remains yours, but you grant TaskMaster a license to host and display it as needed to provide the Service. 6. PAYMENT TERMS 6.1. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. 6.2. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. 6.3. TaskMaster reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. 7. TERMINATION 7.1. You may terminate your account at any time. 7.2. TaskMaster may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. 7.3. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TASKMASTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. 9. CHANGES TO TERMS TaskMaster reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. 10. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. 11.
